No Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully placed and delivered. This policy exists to protect the integrity, authenticity, and preservation of our products, which cannot be resold, reused, or restored once handled.
No Refunds
As returns are not permitted, refunds are not provided under normal circumstances. We kindly request customers to review all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and details carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that:

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. After verification, we will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.
